I've found over the years that having fun is vitally important to any endeavor. I try to bring a fun atmosphere to wherever my travels take me. The earliest mornings and the latest nights all need a smile; that one moment to remind you that, yes, we are all humans. Producing is easy; making it fun is the what keeps me going, and moving on to the next project.
Staying creative outside of work is vitally important to me. I make music, take photos, create videos, DJ, and run my own internet radio station: WADE881.COM. I'm a lifelong Trekkie, too. You should probably know that.
As far as the resume goes, I've been in the business for 17 years. I started as a web designer and animator until I found my calling as a producer. I seek out projects that allow me to express my creativity in all phases of production. I know when to push, when to pump the brakes, and most importantly when to take the time to thank everyone for all of their hard work. Managing the creative process needs a creative producer and that, my friends, is what I love to do the most.
